Why Johnson Memorial Health?

Johnson Memorial Health is a nationally-recognized network of physicians and advanced practice providers that provides health care to the communities of Johnson County and surrounding areas. With a focus on putting the patient first and instilling a family-like culture, Johnson Memorial Health is not only a premier health care provider of choice for the area, but the largest employer in Johnson County.

Johnson Memorial Health provides award-winning services including cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, maternity, orthopedic, sports medicine, pain, weight loss and wound healing care. The network also features breast care, home and occupational care and outpatient rehabilitation services.

One of the safest hospitals in the nation, Johnson Memorial Health has earned two consecutive Leapfrog “A” safety grades (Fall 2018, Fall 2019) and is in the top 20 percent of the country for achieving sepsis recognition and treatment measures, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. In addition to the main campus in Franklin, Johnson Memorial Health offers convenient care at locations in Whiteland, Greenwood and the Center Grove area. In 2020, Johnson Memorial Health opened a new, state-of-the-art emergency department and outpatient services building on the east side of the Franklin campus. The $47 million project, included a new orthopedic care center and rehabilitation gym, is the largest construction project in the hospital’s history.

Johnson Memorial Health has been awarded numerous accolades, including the 2015 and 2018 Women’s Choice Award as one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Patient Experience. JMH Home Health Services was one of only 2 Indiana providers named to the 2019 HomeCare Elite, a compilation of the top 100 most successful home care providers in the nation.
