Witham Health Services is a 52-bed licensed facility located in Lebanon, Indiana, just 25 minutes northwest of Indianapolis along I-65. Serving Boone County since 1917, Witham moved to its modern facility in 2003. We offer a comprehensive range of on-site specialties, including Adult and Family Medicine, Allergy and Sinus, Cardiology, Endocrinology, ENT, General Surgery, GI, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Neurology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Urology, and Wound Care.
Our hospital features dedicated units for medical-surgical care, critical care, geriatric psychiatry, and obstetrics, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a comfortable environment. Additionally, our off site locations are conveniently located in nearby Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Thorntown, Whitestown at Anson, and Zionsville. The Town of Jamestown is a small community located in Boone County in central Indiana. Founded in 1830, the Jamestown heritage is rooted in vision, citizen involvement, commitment and generosity. Jamestown, affectionately known as Jimtown by many longtime residents, is a family friendly agricultural community of nearly 1,000 residents. Jamestown is located 30 miles west of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana and 17 miles southwest of Lebanon, Indiana. The area is noted for its Labor Day Weekend Old Fashioned Days festivities and antique shops.
