Norwalk Memorial Home, a 69-bed skilled nursing facility; Carriage House, a 48-unit assisted living facility; a Home Health Center; emergency transport through North Central EMS; and outpatient services, including lab services, imaging, and physical rehabilitation.
Fisher-Titus Medical Center has been named among the 2025 Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals by the Chartis Center for Rural Health.
